Our Products

How do you know how much CBD is in your products?

We send every single batch of finished products to an independent laboratory to ensure the amount of CBD it contains matches what is on the label. We also test for a long list of pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, molds, fungi, and mycotoxins. We keep an archive of all Lab Results for our customers to view at any time. Every Vital Leaf product has a QR Code printed on its wrapper. When you scan the code, you’ll be taken directly to our Lab Results page.

Is there any THC in your products? Will they get me high?

Since 2021, we have formulated all our chocolate bars with broad-spectrum hemp extract, which contains 0% THC.

You can enjoy it freely and increase the dosage as needed, knowing that even if you consumed an entire tincture bottle or a whole CBD chocolate bar, you won’t experience any intoxicating or disorienting effects!

Are Vital Leaf CBD chocolates sold in stores across the US?

Yes! You can find Vital Leaf CBD chocolate at major grocery stores, neighborhood shops, and wellness boutiques across the country.

Vital Leaf CBD chocolates are officially registered on the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) Hemp Registry, the state’s official directory of cannabinoid hemp products approved for retail sale to consumers. Established under House Bill 4121, the registry became active on January 1, 2026. This ensures all our chocolates can be legally sold in any OR-based retailer and confirms they don't contain any THC.

Oregon's approval process for this hemp registry was informed by FDA regulations. It is very likely that our chocolate products meet any other state's strict standards, allowing retailers the confidence and assurance in selling our chocolates in store.

Are your products made with Full Spectrum or Broad Spectrum hemp extract?

All Vital Leaf CBD products are formulated with THC-free, cannabinoid-rich broad-spectrum hemp extract, ensuring you get all the benefits of CBD without any intoxicating effects.

How do I store my chocolate bars? Can I refrigerate my chocolate?

We recommend storing our chocolate bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Vital Leaf chocolate bars are tempered and are stored best at room temperature, with the ideal temperature range of 58-73 degrees. If you’ve opened a bar’s wrapper and would like to save the remainder of the bar for a later time, we recommend storing the bar in a sealed bag or Tupperware. Bars sealed in their wrapper have a shelf life of 18 months when kept in ideal temperature and conditions. Some people store their chocolate in their refrigerators; however, the temperature of a standard refrigerator may alter the stability of the natural fats in the cacao butter and could potentially expose it to moisture. There is also the risk of “blooming” which appears as a discoloration on the surface of the bar. While blooming doesn’t mean the chocolate has “gone bad”, it does alter the aesthetic of the bar. Eating chocolate that was recently refrigerated will also melt more slowly on the palate, which reduces the natural aroma and could result in a less flavorful experience.
