Vital Leaf is happy to offer our customers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75! For orders of less than $75, a flat rate shipping charge is applied.

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, except holidays, via USPS Priority Mail.

Please note, we DO NOT sell or ship to customers in South Dakota at this time.

 

DELIVERY

Most often orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Once your package is in the mail, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation Email with the shipping method and tracking number included. Orders typically arrive within a week of receipt, however, weather-related events and holidays may cause unexpected delays.

Due to recent changes to the United States Postal Service, some additional delays may occur. These delays are beyond our control.

 

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING*

*Effective April – September for orders including chocolate.

Some of our products are sensitive in temperatures above 75°F and need special care during warmer months. We make every effort to ensure that your delicious treats are delivered safely from our door to yours by including reusable ice packs and protective wrapping with all heat-sensitive products. That usually does a great job of keeping things cool for up to 48 hours!

Packages left outside in warm areas are more likely to suffer heat damage. Here are some things you can do to help us make sure your order arrives in perfect condition:

1) Select an arrival location that you will be at. If you are generally at work when your postmaster comes, have it delivered to your office! Please be available to receive your package upon delivery.

2) Do you have a PO Box? These locations are generally air-conditioned, and are a great alternative to a package sitting on your doorstep or in a hot mailbox.

3) When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with shipment method and tracking number included. You can use this information to estimate the delivery date and assure that you can be there to unbox your goodies when they arrive!

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We feel confident that you’ll love our products, but if you don’t, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned merchandise is received. Return postage must be paid by the customer. However, all chocolate sales are final.

We take pride in the quality of our goods, and take extra care during packing and shipping. In the rare and unfortunate case that a Vital Leaf tincture, capsule, or body balm arrives at your door damaged, we are happy to replace it! Please check your order carefully upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact [email protected] within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. Please provide details and a picture of the damaged product and we will resolve the issue promptly. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for stolen packages and cannot process refunds for items lost after confirmation of delivery.
